The American Academy of Orofacial Pain, an organization of health care professionals, is dedicated to alleviating pain and suffering through the promotion of excellence in education, research and patient care in the field of orofacial pain and associated disorders.
June 28, 2013 – Wishing Claire a great freshman year at Clemson University!
We’ve been training Claire the past several months to get her ready for her upcoming soccer season. She’s a great player and worked hard to get where she is now. We are honored she chose to train at Strive and wish her all the best in her collegiate career.
April 16, 2013 – Erin gets accepted into UNC’s OT program
Erin got accepted into UNC’s OT program. She will be starting this summer and we couldn’t be happier for her. Sadly, she will have to leave us but I’m sure we’ll be keeping in touch. Who knows, maybe Strive will have an OT department in the future and Erin can come back and manage it.
January 8, 2013 – Strive Staff Renews CPR and AED Certifications
The entire staff here at Strive renewed their CPR and AED certification. Hopefully we will never need to perform CPR on any of our clients but have comfort knowing the fact we are certified in case of such an emergency.
November 1, 2012 – Strive welcomes Brian Lesesky to the team
We are excited to welcome Brian to the Strive family. Brian received his Masters in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University and completed his undergraduate work at North Carolina State University. He grew up in Charlotte before finally settling in Raleigh where he now resides with his wife and son. He has practiced in the field of orthopedics since 2006. His treatment style involves a heavy emphasis on manual therapy techniques as well as integrating functional therapeutic exercises. In his free time Brian enjoys traveling, cooking and playing and watching sports.
